High School Community Service Application

 Thank you for your interest in joining our amazing team of volunteers! It is because of people like you, generously giving of their time and resources, that make it possible for the Help & Hope Center to serve our neighbors in need. By joining our team you are making a positive impact in your community.

Applicant must be at least 16 years old and in need of completing required community service hours for high school graduation. Some discretion can be made by the Volunteer Coordinator regarding age requirements if the student is under 16 years old.

Typical shifts for community service are offered from 9am-1pm Monday-Friday (occasionally, other shifts may become available). We also have limited Saturday opportunities from 9am-3pm. We welcome student volunteers in our Receiving Department, Food Pantry, and other as-needed roles. 

Please complete the application below. Once you have applied, our Volunteer Coordinator will invite you to sign up for High School Community Service Orientation, which gives you one hour of community service credit.
