Executive Director: Help & Hope Center seeks an experienced, visionary, and mission-driven leader to oversee the organization’s continued growth and impact as it helps residents of Douglas and Elbert counties navigate troublesome times with dignity. In partnership with a mission-driven Board of Directors, the incoming Executive Director (ED) will direct the organization’s values, vision, and mission; develop and implement strategic and operational plans; and garner public and financial support for the organization. Volunteer Coordinator: The Volunteer Coordinator plays a key role in advancing the mission of Help & Hope Center by overseeing and growing a vibrant and mission-aligned volunteer program. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the volunteer lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to hour tracking, engagement, care and recognition. The Volunteer Coordinator also collaborates with the Development Team on outreach and volunteer recruitment, implements and maintains a volunteer management system, and ensures that volunteers feel connected to our mission and community.
