A Letter from Executive Director, Eric Coronis

After more than eight years of volunteering with Help & Hope Center, I’m stepping into the role of Executive Director. After spending a few decades in leadership roles with Fortune 50 companies, I can honestly say I’ve found my dream job — and a true place to call home — here at Help & Hope.

Faith has been my guiding star on this journey, and it’s truly at the heart of why I’ve chosen to lead at Help & Hope. It’s what inspires me to serve, to connect, and to lift others up. I’m looking forward to bringing that spirit into this new role.

This organization has changed countless lives—including mine. I’ve seen the impact of a simple act of kindness, a warm welcome, or a hand up at just the right moment. That’s what makes Help & Hope so special, and it’s why I’m honored to take on this role.

As a 30+ year resident and the place I chose to raise my family, I’m deeply connected to this mission and to Castle Rock. I know our volunteers, our staff, our donors and the families we serve—and I’m constantly inspired by their heart, grit, and compassion. I see it here every day. Our staff and volunteers especially deserve a huge shout‑out. They’re the kind of people who solve problems before most of us have finished our coffee, and they do it with humility and compassion.

As Executive Director, I’m committed to bringing both heart and strategy to the work ahead—growing partnerships, strengthening resources, and making sure Help & Hope continues to meet the needs of our community for years to come.

Thank you to everyone who supports this organization. I’m grateful, energized, and ready for this next chapter together.

Thank you for being the friends we can count on.

❤️ Eric Coronis
