Meet Heather Johnson, Director of Development

Community support volunteer

Dear Friends of Help and Hope,

I’m grateful to join the Help & Hope Center as the Director of Development and to be part of a community deeply committed to supporting one another.

Over the past ten years of working in nonprofit fundraising, I’ve been continually inspired by the power of community-driven change. My work has always been rooted in the belief that lasting impact comes from building meaningful relationships and creating opportunities for people to come together to help each other.

I look forward to inviting more people into the shared work happening at the Help & Hope Center. One way you can get involved right now is by joining our community of monthly donors through our Five to Thrive Campaign, where your monthly donation of as little as $5 per month can ensure help is there for a neighbor in need.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring all of the beautiful outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer. I live in Castle Rock with my husband, one of our three children, and our dog, Bruno, while our other two children attend college in Texas.

I look forward to getting to know the many volunteers, donors, and community partners who continue to   help make this work possible.

With heartfelt thanks,

Heather Johnson
